GFUL Function Rooms

In 2011 the Geelong Umpires facilities went through a $1 million upgrade, becoming one of the benchmark facilities for coaching and administrative purposes.

We have a number of different areas that are available for hire. Whether it’s a family function, corporate training day, or something in between. Get in touch with us to see if we can help out.

Founders Room

If you are looking at holding a conference, social event, training seminar, or birthday party; the Founders Room is a great option. Key features include:

  • AV equipment (projector, full sound system, microphone)
  • Climate control air conditioning
  • Seating for up to 180 people
  • Bar and kitchen facilities
  • Fantastic view and atmosphere
  • Large (unmetered) car park

Life Members Room

Our Life Members Room is perfect for your more intimate or small functions. This room can be used for lectures, meetings, information seminars and so much more. Key features include:

  • Seating for up to 60 people
  • AV equipment
  • Climate control air conditioning

Kevin McMaster Room

The Kevin McMaster room allows for groups to run strategic planning sessions or small group information sessions. The Room has AV equipment, climate control air conditioning and WiFi.

Additional Facilities

Kitchen –

Using our industrial kitchen, you will be able to cater for your functions. Our large oven, cook top, and deep fryer will allow you to cook up a storm; and clean up is a breeze with our rapid dishwasher. You will also have access to 120-piece place setting; with all plates, cups, and cutlery included in your hire.

Change Rooms –

Being a sporting group, there are change rooms, showers and toilet facilities which can be utilised during your hire.

Birthday Parties

Unfortunately, we do not host 18th or 21st birthday parties.
